Ingredients of Pakoda

  1. You need 1/2cup of Moringa /nugge soppu leaves.
  2. Prepare 3tablespoons of menthya soppu.
  3. It’s 2 spoons of dill leaves.
  4. You need 1 cup of soaked alasande kalu /black eyed pea.
  5. It’s 2 of green chilli.
  6. It’s 1 spoon of red chilli powder.
  7. You need 1/2 spoon of dry ginger powder.
  8. It’s 1/4 spoon of turmeric powder.
  9. You need 1/4 spoon of asafetida.
  10. It’s to taste of Salt.
  11. You need 2 spoons of gram flour.
  12. It’s 1/4 cup of chiroti rava.
  13. Prepare 1 of onion.
  14. Prepare 3 spoons of Coconut oil.

Pakoda instructions

  1. Take mixi jar add green chilli, soaked alasande kalu and few water grind paste..
  2. Add Chopped moringa leaves, fenugreek leaves, dill leaves, chopped onion, grinded paste, chiroti rava, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger powder, asafetida, salt and mix well..
  3. Add gram flour and mix, prepare pakoda dough. Prepare small balls..
  4. Heat the paddu pan, adx coconut oil, place on pakoda, close the lid and cook both sides. Pakoda is ready..
  5. Serve with chutney or ketchup.
