My favourite Greek salad As in, if I had friends I actually saw on a regular basis. I love Greek food and I love salad. so it goes without saying that I love Greek salad.   1. It’s of Tomato.
  2. Prepare of Cucumber.
  3. Prepare of Onion.
  4. It’s of Feta cheese.
  5. Prepare of Greek dressing.

For starters, I could eat olives and feta cheese all day. Gazebo Room Greek Dressing (by far our favorite; if it's not available where you live, you can make your own or buy a Greek dressing that you like). I made this salad several months ago, posted it in the dashboard and continued with my life. Love a good Greek Salad and I can certainly appreciate your predicament but as a line cook I make this all the time and I'm bored with the one we make at work so I am going to try this one.

My favourite Greek salad Preparation

  1. Dice tomato, however much you want.
  2. Dice half of cucumber or what ever matches the tomato amount.
  3. Cut a bit of onion for flavour but not to much or it’s over powering I find and add feta cheese and dressing..
